The Opportunity

At Muscle Republic our vision is to connect the world through the heartbeat of fitness. The Paid Social Specialist is a newly created full time role based in Sydney's CBD that will own and scale our paid social performance, managing Meta and TikTok campaigns end-to-end and helping to expand our presence into emerging social channels.

This role is perfect for a data-driven paid social specialist who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, loves owning a channel end-to-end, and wants the autonomy and accountability that comes with an in-house function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Design and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap to identify and act on scaling opportunities.
- Manage Meta Business Manager settings, pixel/CAPI tracking, and troubleshoot any tracking or delivery issues.
- Continuously test, iterate and improve creative, targeting and conversion pathways.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on paid social performance, turning data into clear, actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform betas, algorithm changes and industry trends across Meta and TikTok, recommending new opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, CRM and Merchandise to align paid social activity with broader commercial goals.

About You





- Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid social, in-house or agency side
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, ideally within ecommerce or rapid fashion
- Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong, data-driven reporting skills with confidence in Excel/Sheets and tools such as Supermetrics
- Proven ability to manage significant monthly ad spend in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Experience with product feed or catalogue-based social ads is highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- A collaborative mindset and clear communicator, comfortable briefing and giving feedback to Creative
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of a channel
