Senior P&C; Business Partner FIFO

2:1 Roster An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join a major infrastructure project and play a key role in supporting a large-scale FIFO workforce.

Operating within a highly complex and industrialised construction environment, this role will provide strategic and operational P&C; support to project leaders, supervisors and frontline teams. You will be a visible and trusted presence on site, partnering with the business to deliver practical people solutions that support workforce performance, engagement and successful project delivery.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of people matters including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, workforce engagement and leadership coaching. You will work closely with operational teams to build capability, strengthen culture and ensure a positive employee experience across the project.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with Project Leaders, Superintendents and Supervisors to provide hands-on P&C; advice and support
- Manage complex employee relations matters including grievances, performance issues, conduct matters and investigations
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, industrial frameworks,



policies and procedures
- Coach frontline leaders to confidently manage workforce challenges and people decisions
- Build strong relationships with employees, workforce representatives and key stakeholders
- Monitor workforce trends and deliver initiatives that improve engagement, retention and culture
- Lead, mentor and support P&C; team members to deliver consistent site-based services

About you:

- Proven experience in a senior P&C;, HR or Employee Relations role within a large-scale operational environment
- Experience supporting major construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or industrial projects
- Strong capability managing complex ER matters and workplace investigations
- Experience working within unionised and FIFO/remote workforce environments
- Confident engaging with frontline leaders and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced project setting
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations practices
