With a substantial portfolio already under management and continued growth on the horizon, this role offers the prospect to focus on client relationships, portfolio management and leadership, supported by a dedicated team.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, with strong administrative support in place to ensure you can focus on delivering value to your clients rather than being consumed by day-to-day administration.

Reporting directly to a highly engaged business owner, you will benefit from established systems, clear processes and a collaborative team environment.





Key Responsibilities:

- Management of strata schemes – Mixed portfolio of Resi, commercial BMC
- Overseeing Schedule B appointments across approximately 45% of buildings
- Attending and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
- Managing client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution
- Working closely with dedicated strata assistants to ensure seamless portfolio management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice

About You:

- Previous experience managing a strata portfolio over 5 years
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, solutions-focused and commercially minded
- Ability to lead with confidence and maintain strong client relationships
