Care Guidance is seeking a Social Worker to join a partner aged care home in Geelong. The role focuses on psychosocial assessments, counselling, case management and therapeutic interventions to support residents and families.

Casual roles with a minimum of two days per week are available. Requires a Bachelor degree in Social Work, AASW membership, at least 5 years of experience, a National Police Clearance, and full COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
