Aeralife is seeking a proactive Roving Maintenance Officer to provide maintenance support and leave coverage across Victorian residences. You will work under the Residence Manager and Maintenance Manager to keep buildings, grounds, equipment and plant protected, functional and welcoming for residents, families and staff.
The role balances preventative maintenance, compliance activities, audits, repairs and contractor coordination while driving continuous improvement across the region.
