An exciting opportunity has become available to join Geely Riverina as our Sales Manager. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of launching a new dealership representing one of the world's fastest-growing automotive manufacturers.

While the title is Sales Manager, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of the customer journey. You'll be responsible for driving vehicle sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring manufacturer standards are met and establishing Geely Riverina as the region's destination dealership.

This role would suit:

An experienced Automotive Sales Consultant ready to take the next step into leadership.

An existing Sales Manager looking for the opportunity to build and shape a new franchise from the ground up.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for:

Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to delivery.

Achieving sales, customer satisfaction and profitability targets.

Ensuring compliance with all Geely manufacturer standards and reporting requirements.

Developing local marketing initiatives and community engagement opportunities.

Managing vehicle stock presentation and the customer showroom experience.

Working closely with Finance,



Service and Parts departments to deliver a seamless ownership experience.

Helping establish the culture, reputation and long-term success of the Geely brand throughout the Riverina.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands that today's customers are purchasing more than just a vehicle—they're buying into a brand, a lifestyle and an ownership experience.

You'll ideally have:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Confidence using dealership systems and manufacturer reporting platforms.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

The drive to grow sales while maintaining high standards across every aspect of the dealership.
