About You

As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in:

- Delivering exceptional, evidence-based anaesthetic nursing care, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes throughout the perioperative journey.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
- Providing clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing colleagues, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives and promoting patient safety by ensuring compliance with ACORN & NSQHS Standards as well as organisational policies.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented team environment that supports excellence in patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience nursing.
- Sound understanding of ACORN standards and NSQHS Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate in a diverse team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
