Help us open the doors to something special. We’re looking for an Operations Specialist (part-time, 20 hours per week) to join our team as we prepare to open our exciting new MECCA Macquarie store! If you’re passionate about creating seamless store operations and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, this role is for you. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand-new store to life by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From inventory management and stock flow to operational excellence and maintaining exceptional back-of-house standards, you’ll help create the foundations for an outstanding customer experience from day one.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
- Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
- Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
- Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
