We're looking for a Consultant Psychologist to join our Consulting team, working alongside clients across Queensland and nationally to deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, leadership development, coaching, wellbeing and workforce consulting services.
Reporting to the Lead Principal Psychologist, this role offers the opportunity to work with public and private sector clients, providing specialist advice that supports better workforce decisions, stronger leaders and healthier, more resilient organisations.
What you'll be doing
As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll:
- Deliver psychological consulting services across a broad client portfolio
- Conduct psychological and psychometric assessments for selection, development and workforce planning purposes
- Interpret assessment outcomes and provide meaningful feedback to clients and participants
- Deliver leadership assessment, coaching and development initiatives
- Provide specialist advice on wellbeing, resilience, leadership capability and psychological suitability
- Prepare high-quality reports, recommendations and assessment summaries
- Facilitate workshops, assessment centres, development programs and feedback sessions
- Build solid client relationships and contribute to exceptional service delivery
- Support the growth and ongoing success of our Psychology Consulting practice
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience in organisational, clinical, consulting or applied psychology
- Strong experience conducting psychological assessments and report writing
- Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and their practical application
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Highly regarded:
- Endorsement or postgraduate qualifications in Organisational or Clinical Psychology
- Experience in leadership assessment, coaching or organisational development
- Accreditation in psychometric assessment tools
- Workshop facilitation and assessment centre experience
