Job Description

Hours: Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, across 1 to 2 visits (depending on the household's needs) Pay Rate: $35 to $44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications We're looking for a reliable, caring and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper to provide support in a private family home in Grovedale. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, organised and welcoming home environment while being respectful of the occupants' health and wellbeing.

About the Role

The home is a four-bedroom residence with one kitchen and two bathrooms. Duties will vary depending on the week's priorities and may include: General housekeeping and cleaning

- Kitchen cleaning and organisation
- Bathroom cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Laundry, including washing, drying and folding
- Cleaning internal windows as required
- Changing bed linen
- Basic meal preparation
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised living environment

About You

- Has previous housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience
- Is trustworthy,



reliable and respectful of privacy
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Is compassionate and understands the importance of working in a health-conscious environment
- Takes pride in providing high-quality work

Working with Children Check

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Important Information

The occupants of the home have both undergone chemotherapy and radiation treatment within the past 12 months. Maintaining a clean, hygienic workplace and following good infection control and hygiene practices is essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in a home where health, wellbeing and respect are the highest priorities.
