Balgownie Estate in the Yarra Valley is seeking a pastry chef to prepare and produce a range of pastries, cakes and desserts for restaurant service, weddings and events. You will maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.
You will hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, have pastry experience, be calm under pressure, and be a team player with transparent communication.
