Your current role Reporting to the relevant team lead, you will be responsible for managing the customer claims process from end to end, ensuring timely and accurate handling while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process customer and supplier claims efficiently
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of claims processes
- Respond to enquiries and provide high-quality customer service

You will possess:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar credit, accounts receivable or claims role
- SAP experience is preferred
