Your new company Our client is a leading specialist subcontractor delivering ceiling, partition and plastering packages across some of the Gold Coast's largest high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and partnerships with prominent builders, they have built a reputation for quality delivery, safety, and reliability. Due to continued growth, an chance has arisen for an experienced Ceiling & Partition Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the Gold Coast.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site ceiling and partition works across a number of active projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program and to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining strong relationships with builders, subcontractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising ceiling, partition and plastering installation works across multiple projects
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure productivity and programme targets are achieved
- Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers and builder representatives
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks




- Managing site safety compliance and toolbox meetings
- Monitoring labour allocations, materials and site resources
- Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
- Maintaining project schedules and reporting progress to management

What you’ll need to succeed

- Proven experience supervising ceiling and partition packages on commercial or high-rise construction projects
- Strong understanding of plasterboard systems, suspended ceilings and lightweight partitions
- Ability to manage subcontractors across multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements
- Trade qualification in plastering, carpentry or a related discipline is highly regarded
