The NRMA is seeking a Team Leader – Driver Training in NSW to lead a team of driving instructors, coordinators and trainers. You will drive delivery of Driver Training, Safer Drivers Course and Corporate Driver Training while upholding solid safety standards.
You will lead with a focus on coaching, performance management and customer outcomes, while balancing hands-on training responsibilities and stakeholder collaboration across the NRMA Group.
