Bunnings in Cairns is seeking a Department Manager to drive daily store operations, sales and stock management in a busy specialist area. You will lead a team of 20+ colleagues, work with the Operations and Complex Managers, and ensure we deliver Best Experience to customers across merchandise and service.
You’ll coach and develop your team, manage rostering and safety compliance, and monitor KPIs to meet performance goals while maintaining stock accuracy and loss prevention.
