This newly created Vice President (VP), Global Project Delive ry role offers a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of a global organisation by leading the transformation of its project delivery capability across multiple international regions.

Working as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives, build a scalable global operating model, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams to deliver operational excellence, exceptional client outcomes and sustainable business growth.

The Prospect

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing a unified global project delivery strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Building a scalable, globally consistent operating model that supports growth, governance and delivery excellence.
- Providing executive oversight of project portfolios, prioritisation, capacity planning and operational performance.
- Leading and developing global teams across Project Management, Project Coordination, Study Design and Data Management.
- Driving continuous improvement across quality, customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Partnering with executive stakeholders to support organisational transformation and strategic growth.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across international teams.

About You





You are an accomplished executive leader with a proven track record of building high-performing global delivery organisations and successfully leading transformational change within complex and highly regulated environments.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Executive leadership experience at Director, Vice Presiden t (VP) or equivalent level.
- Experience within Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, Healthcare, Life Sciences or technology, enabled services.
- Extensive experience leading global project delivery fun ctions within complex, multinational organisations.
- Demonstrated expertise across Project Management, Project Coordination, Study Design and Data Management.
- Experience leading large international and matrixed teams.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial accum with the ability to align operational delivery with business strategy and customer outcomes.

Highly Desirable

- A demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and establish scalable global operating models.
