The Olympic Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Bottle Shop Manager to lead our bottle shop operations and grow our established customer base. This hands-on role requires solid leadership, excellent customer service and the ability to train staff.
You will manage day-to-day operations, stock control, RSA compliance, supplier liaison, and staff development while maintaining merchandising displays and wage/cash handling accuracy.
