Role Overview

Artise to use communication, problem‑solving, empathy, and conflict resolution to support thousands of people every day.

Partner with technology, risk, and audit stakeholders to provide assurance over Operation and Customer Technology (OT and CT) and Cloud controls, aligning with policies, standards, and organisational risk appetite. The role supports internal and external audit requirements across Group Technology.

Perform IT and Cloud assurance activities using frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, and SOX; conduct RCSAs; review PCI‑DSS and cloud provider controls; identify control gaps; and drive remediation. Deliver clear reporting on control effectiveness, issues, and action plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with technology, risk, and audit stakeholders to provide assurance over OT and CT and Cloud controls.
- Perform IT and Cloud assurance using frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, SOX).
- Conduct RCSAs,



review PCI‑DSS and cloud provider controls.

- Deliver clear reporting on control effectiveness, issues, and action plans.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Robust knowledge of COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI‑DSS frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, empathy, and conflict‑resolution skills.
