WorkForce Software, an ADP company is hiring a Senior Business Consultant (Sales) Job Role : The solution consultant role involves a set of activities and processes that support the sales team and educate potential customers before a deal is closed. Professionals in this role act as a crucial bridge between a customer's needs and the product's technical capabilities, ensuring alignment and building trust to increase the chances of a successful sale.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Prior experience in conducting presentations to prospective customers highlighting the value of products and services

Motivated to win opportunities

Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines

Suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities

Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HCM space or relevant industry experience A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting complex presentations / Demos
