As the organisation enters its next phase of growth and strategic evolution, an exceptional opportunity exists to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will help shape its future.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director (MD), the Chief Financial Officer is a critical member of the Executive Leadership Group and a trusted strategic adviser to the MD. In addition to oversight of all Finance, Fleet & Property operations, this role is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. Leading a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning Finance, Payroll, Business Performance, Systems Accounting, Property and Fleet, you will partner closely with the Executive Team to strengthen financial sustainability, improve organisational performance and influence operational & strategic decision making. You will play a role in developing IFYS' next Strategic Plan,



identifying new business opportunities, driving finance and systems transformation, enhancing risk capability, and ensuring the organisation remains agile in an evolving funding and regulatory workplace.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially astute and strategically minded finance executive who enjoys operating beyond the numbers and linking solid business performance & sustainability to positive life‑changing outcomes for clients. You are recognised for your ability to influence through relationships & trusted advice, asking the questions others have not considered, and translating complex financial information into practical business decisions. Whether your experience has been gained in the not‑for‑profit, government or commercial sectors, you bring demonstrated success leading finance transformation, building high‑performing teams and partnering with executive leaders to deliver sustainable organisational outcomes.
