The Melbourne Clinic is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team in a high-occupancy private hospital. You will report to the General Manager and oversee Nurse Unit Managers, driving quality, safety and patient outcomes across the service.

The ideal candidate will have significant mental health or AOD nursing leadership, a solid quality and safety background, and proven ability to influence clinicians and stakeholders.
