About the Opportunity

As a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that provides direct care and assistance to residents in a specific household at St Vincent’s Care Corinda. You will work under supervision, supporting residents’ daily routine, lifestyle and choices to ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.

Responsibilities

- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living.
- Partner with residents to support their well‑being through professional, caring and efficient execution of required duties.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using AutumnCare (or similar software).
- Follow care plans, resident rights and responsibilities as per the Aged Care Act.

Qualifications

- CertificateIII in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications.
- Minimum 6 months of similar residential aged‑care experience, with dementia experience highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain excellent records and use care‑plan software.




- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC); NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
