Agrifutures is seeking an organised Employee Relations Advisor to join the People team on a contract through to 31 December, with an ASAP start. The role is in office in Wodonga and supports a busy Employee Relations function during significant organisational change.
You'll handle frontline HR inquiries, coordinate ER matters and assist leaders through early workplace issues, with opportunities for more complex case work and collaboration within a large, complex organisation.
