Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst (Telecommunications)

As they continue to grow, they're developing their core operational platform and are seeking a commercially minded Product Owner / Business Analyst to help shape both the technology and the business.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leadership, own business requirements end-to-end, and partner with software vendors to deliver a best-in-class platform.





Responsibilities

- Own business requirements and product backlog.
- Map and optimise complex operational workflows.
- Partner with software vendors throughout delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria, oversee UAT and release readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement across customer and operational processes.

About You

You'll bring

- Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner and/or Business Analyst .
- Robust telecommunications domain knowledge (essential).
- Experience within fibre, ISP, wholesale networks, OSS/BSS or similar environments.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor and process management skills.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset suited to a scale-up environment.
