What you’ll be doing

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective vendors and buyers
- Prospect consistently to identify new business and generate listing opportunities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and local property owners
- Conduct market appraisals and deliver compelling listing presentations
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to negotiation and settlement
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that maximise results for your clients
- Negotiate confidently to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Maintain a strong presence within your local market and build your personal brand




- Stay informed on local market trends, buyer behaviour and property activity
- Work collaboratively with your team and leverage the support available to maximise your performance
