You will work inside an established club where members are already investing in their health and looking for guidance. Your opportunity is to become the coach they trust to help them train effectively, remain accountable and achieve results.

You will retain ownership over your business while receiving structured support to help you grow it.

What you will do





Your responsibilities will include delivering Personal Training sessions, developing programs and supporting clients between appointments.

You will also actively engage with members, participate in club activity and follow up opportunities. Building a full client base requires visibility and consistent action, and we will help you develop the skills to do both effectively.

What we are looking for

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or currently completing them

- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them

- Professional presentation and reliable communication

- Confidence working with different personalities and goals

- A business-minded, coachable and proactive attitude
