I am currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join a well-established luxury developer-builder with a strong reputation across Southeast Queensland and a secure pipeline of landmark projects. The Role

You’ll be based on a luxury 20+ storey residential tower on the Gold Coast, with a robust pipeline of future projects already secured, providing excellent long‑term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior management to drive positive safety outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of WHS systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation,



company standards and project requirements.

About You

- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within the Australian construction industry.
- Previous experience on commercial, residential or high‑rise construction projects.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and contractor engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical, proactive and solutions‑focused approach to safety.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider project team.
