VACCA in Werribee is seeking an Aboriginal Family Preservation and Reunification Response Practitioner to deliver intensive wrap-around outreach family support services to children, young people and their families using strengths-based, culturally informed strategies.
You will conduct home visits, contribute to risk assessments, and coordinate referrals to VACCA programs or external agencies, while upholding VACCA values and Aboriginal culture.
