Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex data modelling for wage compliance initiatives, including Industrial Instruments (Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, Industry Awards), superannuation, and Pay-As-You-Go Withholding, and prepare Superannuation Guarantee Charge statements and voluntary disclosure submissions.
- Partner closely with clients, internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Australia to deliver high‑quality data analytics projects and support the growth of the global mobility data analytics practice.
- Design and deliver training and capability‑building sessions for both clients and internal teams, translating technical insights into clear, practical guidance.

Skills and Attributes for Success

- Relevant academic foundation in data analytics or commerce, combined with early‑career experience in data analytics focused on wage compliance and employment tax remediation.
- Hands‑on technical capability across analytics and data tools, including intermediate proficiency in Alteryx, working knowledge of SQL and Python, and experience using data visualisation platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.




- Strong commitment to excellence in client service and the ability to apply analytical insights in a practical, client‑focused way.

- Confidence handling data and proven data analytic skills.
