About You

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning.



You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident and supported, and you also have:

- A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko with a current certificate
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
- An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference

Harmony Bardon is a purpose‑built centre for up to 83 children (birth‑5 years). Located at 56 Chiswick Road, Bardon, the centre operates 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering a welcoming and inspiring workplace for children, families, and educators.
