Staddie Brewing call the marvellous North Stradbroke Island home and they've steadily been growing their presence in South East Queensland over some years. They're looking for a business development manager to help take that growth further.

Job Description: Business Development Manager – On Premise

We're looking for an ambitious, motivated sales professional, with a proven track record in winning new business, to help us grow across South East Queensland.

We’re an independent brewery proud to call North Stradbroke Island home. Our beers are brewed using the island’s naturally sand-filtered water and are known for being clean, flavoursome and approachable. As we continue to grow, our focus is expanding onto more great taps across Brisbane and the coast. This role covers Brisbane and surrounding South East Queensland.

The Role

This can be a full or part-time sales role focused on growing our on-premise footprint.

You will be responsible for:

- Winning new tap placements
- Building strong relationships with venue owners and managers
- Supporting venues with activations, promotions and visibility
- Working closely with our BDM team to grow distribution and pull-through

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

- Have solid sales experience - bonus points if it’s in Beer FMCG, beverages, or hospitality
- Understand the SE Queensland pub and bar landscape

- Be confident prospecting and opening new accounts
- Be organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Have a genuine passion for people and building relationships
