Duties

- Greet and assist customers with rental enquiries
- Process rental agreements accurately
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain presentation standards




- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Skills & Experience

- Background in sales, customer service, retail, or car rental
- Car rental industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and admin skills
- Valid Australian driver’s licence & full working rights
- Positive, proactive, team-oriented attitude
