About the role
We're looking for an outstanding Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Manager (Female) to join our growing Wellbeing Team and work in partnership with our Male SEWB Manager.
This flexible 3-day-a-week leadership position offers the opportunity to deliver culturally responsive wellbeing, healing and trauma-informed AOD programs for Aboriginal clients and women across the Barkly Region.
You'll help lead the delivery of BRADAAG's RJED (remote jobs) programs, empowering and creating meaningful employment opportunities for men and women in Tennant Creek, Ali Curung and Elliott.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the delivery of wellbeing programs for Aboriginal women across Tennant Creek, Elliott and Ali Curung.
- Coordinate culturally safe wellbeing activities, workshops, outreach programs and healing initiatives.
- Support and mentor RJED participants to build confidence, skills and employment pathways.
- Foster strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- Build strong relationships with communities, service providers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the internal and external partners to support integrated service delivery.
- Monitor program outcomes, manage reporting requirements and support continuous improvement.

You'll bring
- Experience in wellbeing, community services, health,
mental health, AOD or a related field.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Aboriginal people and communities.
- A commitment to culturally safe, strengths-based and trauma-informed practice.
- A passion for supporting Aboriginal women, families and communities to achieve positive outcomes.
