We are seeking reliable and motivated Customer Service Administrators to join our Service Administration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

- Handling customer enquiries and service requests over the phone and via email
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records and service documentation
- Working closely with the Service Management team to ensure customer needs are met

What we’re looking for:

- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
- Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
- A reliable and organised approach with strong attention to detail




- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred)
- Someone who is dependable, mature-minded, and seeking long-term stability
