Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift, coaching them and delegating daily tasks. They role model and inspire the delivery of high-quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and baristas alike.

Responsibilities

- Leading and coordinating the team during shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues and ensuring smooth store operations.
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and creating memorable connections with customers and partners.
- Upholding brand standards, training teammates and ensuring adherence to store policies.
