About the Role
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and organised Vehicle Registration Clerk to support our dealership operations.
The primary focus of this role is VicRoads vehicle registration processing and related documentation, while also assisting the dealership with vehicle stock management and stock reconciliation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process VicRoads vehicle registrations and related documentation
- Enter and verify vehicle registration details in SalesLog
- Maintain accurate registration and delivery records
- Support vehicle stock control and reconciliation for the assigned dealership
- Assist with vehicle location tracking, stock updates,
and audit checks
- Identify and report stock or data discrepancies
- Ensure records remain accurate and audit-ready
About You
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Organised with good time management skills
- Comfortable working with internal systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage high-volume documentation tasks
- Previous dealership administration, registration, stock control, or automotive industry experience is highly regarded
- VicRoads registration experience is advantageous but not essential
