The Role
Inspire, cultivate and make our clients’ beautiful jewellery projects a reality. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in all stages of the creation process. Some daily activities include:
- Generous and achievable sales commissions
- Maintaining and nurturing existing long-term client relationships
- Most of our sales are to existing client or their descendants
- Receive qualified recent leads from an extensive marketing spend
- You are given a HubSpot CRM database
- Liaise with gemmologists and workshop production team to efficiently manage custom-made and remodel projects
- Review and approve CADs for your custom and remodel designs
- Provide repair and after-sales service
- Our internal training courses are extensive and free. Various external training courses reimbursed on successful completion.

About You
You must have a passion and ability for sales. Experience in jewellery and custom design may be a benefit, but not essential.
You want to manage your own time and client base and are driven to make sales through service, knowledge, not pressure and trickery. Trust is the key at Holloway.
You have project management capacity and skills with several custom made and remodel projects running concurrently.
Outstanding internal training courses in diamonds and jewellery will help you gain insider knowledge not available elsewhere. Your drive to continually learn and collaborate with others in our team will result in a successful career.

Full Time, 5 days preferred, including at least one day on weekends
$65,000- $85,000 per year plus generous uncapped commissions
