About this role

Armadale Districts Surgery is looking for a proactive, reliable and friendly registered nurse to join our team starting ASAP. This is a part-time role for 2 /3 days per week - no weekend hours. You would be joining our supportive and friendly team of 3 doctors, 1 nurse, 1 psychologist and 3 physiotherapists.

Responsibilities

- Work part time with occasional full‑time holiday cover.
- Provide care in general practice.
- Carry out treatment room duties including: immunisations, wound care management, ear syringing, ECG, spirometry and ABIs, preparation of chronic disease management care plans and health assessments, INR and venesections, recalls, reminders and stock control.

Qualifications

- Registration with AHPRA.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Experience with Best Practice.
- Ability to work autonomously using one’s own initiative within a team environment.
- Proficiency in e‑mail, word processing and database applications.
