Overview

Senior Digital Manager to join the Platform team at Kaimera in Surry Hills. The role leads strategy, execution, and optimization of performance-driven digital media campaigns with at least five years' experience. Responsible for full campaign lifecycle from planning and budget allocation through analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and budget; proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimisation of campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display); ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Performance Analysis: Lead analysis of campaign data; develop and deliver insightful reports with results and recommendations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a team of performance specialists and coordinators; foster collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisor; communicate updates and address inquiries.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets; allocate resources efficiently and maximise ROI.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support execution and optimisation.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices; contribute to thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years in programmatic marketing with proven success.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies.
- Expertise in performance metrics, data analysis,



and reporting.
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SA360, PMAX, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise.
- A passion for digital media and delivering exceptional results.
