About the Role

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while leading your team to achieve outstanding commercial and operational results.

You'll lead from the front, developing your people, driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence and creating an engaged, customer-first culture.

Carindale – Our Flagship Opportunity

Our new Carindale location will be one of Victoria's Secret's largest stores in Queensland. We're looking for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a large-format, high-volume retail environment, enjoys leading sizeable teams and has the operational capability to manage a busy flagship store.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve financial and operational KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through visible leadership and coaching.
- Recruit, onboard and develop future retail leaders.
- Manage labour budgets, workforce planning and rostering.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance and workplace safety.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Analyse business performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
- Foster an engaged, inclusive and high-performance team culture.





About You You're an experienced retail leader who enjoys leading from the front and building successful teams in fast-paced environments.

You'll bring

- Previous Store Management or Assistant Store Management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Experience leading teams within large-format, big-box, department, specialty or customer-focused retail.
- For our Carindale flagship store, experience leading a large-format retail business with high customer volumes, complex operations and teams of 30+ employees will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
- Experience managing labour budgets, workforce planning and operational performance.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
