This is arole with training provided,where you will learn todeal with clients,strengthen your skill as anegotiatorandunderstand what it takes toprovide the bestpossible service to the local area.
About the role
- Managing leasing process from open homes through to checking applications
- Work alongside Property Management team
- Aid in completing in and out-going inspections of properties
- Aid property managers with routine inspection overflow
- Responding to rental enquiries
- Preparation of leasing documents and mange signing process

Skills and experience
- Solid understanding of the Eastern Suburbs
- Current Certificate of Registration required
- Own car and Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
