Strategic Growth and Business Development Coordinator

Join an established Aboriginal Community Controlled organisation making a difference. Koya Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a strategic, proactive and relationship‑focused Strategic Growth and Business Development Coordinator to help drive the organisation's sustainable growth and long‑term impact. Working closely with the Executive Manager, you will identify and pursue funding opportunities, build and strengthen partnerships, coordinate fundraising and communications initiatives and support strategic planning and organisational development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking strategically and creating opportunities that strengthen Aboriginal communities.

To be successful, you will have experience in business development, grant writing, fundraising or partnership development,



together with excellent written communication, project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be a cooperative, self‑motivated professional who is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and committed to culturally safe practice and the values of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. Your work will directly contribute to securing new opportunities, strengthening Koya's sustainability and expanding the reach and impact of our programs.
