Who are we looking for
We’re looking for a Senior FacilitiesManager to take ownership of a hands‑on industrial portfolio across Sydney’smetro fringe. Based out of Parramatta, this is a highly autonomous role whereno two days look the same—balancing site visits, stakeholder engagement andreal-time problem solving.
The role
Take full ownership of a 26-28 industrialportfolio which allows you to work autonomously. If you’re looking for a rolewhere you’re trusted, visible and genuinely making a difference—this is it.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly site inspections and drivefollow-up actions.
- Respond to break-fix issues, incidents andurgent site needs.
- Review and prioritise work orders with cleardecision making.
- Coordinate contractors across multiple sitesend-to-end.
- Build strong tenant and property managerrelationships.
