The Opportunity
Join a high-performing commercial litigation team as a Senior Associate. You’ll work directly with a Partner, be supported by excellent support staff and junior lawyers, and run a diverse range of challenging matters across commercial litigation and insolvency.
In this role, you will:
- Manage Superior Court proceedings end-to-end (strategy, pleadings, evidence, mediation/trial prep).
- Act on a broad range of high-end commercial litigation matters for premium clients.
- Advise on the Corporations Act,
Bankruptcy Act and ACL issues; handle urgent interlocutory applications.
- Drive settlement strategies and work closely with experts/counsel.
- Mentor juniors and help refine team processes.
About You
- 5+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation.
- Strong technical grounding across the Corporations Act; confident in Superior Courts.
- Client-focused, autonomous and calm under deadlines; excellent written advocacy and analytical skills.
