Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle across a diverse range of operational and corporate roles. You'll also have the opportunity to help evolve our recruitment practices through the adoption of AI-enabled tools that enhance the candidate experience and improve recruitment outcomes. What's the role? This is much more than filling vacancies. You'll become a trusted recruitment partner,



working closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding while helping build scalable, consistent and candidate-focused recruitment practices.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles

Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions

Coordinating onboarding and creating an engaging recent starter experience

Building talent pipelines and reducing reliance on external agencies

Supporting the implementation of AI-enabled recruitment and onboarding tools

Managing recruitment systems, reporting and candidate data

Championing Eureka's employer brand and candidate experience

Providing interim support for the People, Culture & Safety inbox while the team continues to grow

Contributing to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives What's in it for you? At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for someone who combines solid recruitment capability with excellent relationship-building skills.

You'll Ideally Have Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles

Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills

Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment processes

Knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment and onboarding

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting A genuine interest in using AI and technology to improve recruitment outcomes

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience

Experience within a multi-site or operational environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. Ready to join Eureka?
