What You’ll Actually Do As part of our team, you will:

- Prepare financials, tax returns, BASs, and other compliance work
- Dive into business advisory, tax planning, and value-adding services that make a real difference to our SME clients
- Work closely with clients and build strong, meaningful relationships (yep, they will remember your name)
- Support junior staff and make a difference to their development
- Collaborate with senior management and partners who genuinely care about your growth

You're Our Kind of Person If You...





- Have 3–5 years of recent Public Practice experience in Australia
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications (bonus points if you’ve started CPA or CA!)
- Know your way around Xero Practice Manager (not essential, but we won’t complain)
- Love solving problems and making clients’ lives easier
- Present well, communicate like a pro, and enjoy a bit of banter with your team
- Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask “why?”
- Permanent Aussie resident or citizen (sorry, no sponsorships!)
