Titan Recruitment is partnering with a growing national engineering consultancy to appoint a Lead/Senior Civil Designer to join their expanding Civil team. With offices across Queensland, Western Australia and the ACT, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, innovative engineering solutions across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Civil Designer looking to work across a diverse portfolio while playing a key role in the continued growth of a highly collaborative business.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Civil Engineers and Project Managers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil design solutions from concept through to construction documentation across a broad range of projects. You'll utilise your expertise in 12d and Civil3D to produce practical, buildable and cost-effective designs, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the civil team.

Projects include

- Residential, Commercial and Data Centre developments
- Land subdivisions
- Roadworks and access roads
- Car parks
- Stormwater drainage systems
- Sewer and water infrastructure
- Earthworks and grading
- Retaining walls
- Civil infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver detailed civil designs using 12d or Civil3D across roadworks, drainage, earthworks, sewer and water infrastructure.
- Produce high-quality documentation using AutoCAD for approvals, tender and construction.
- Complete stormwater drainage design and analysis.
- Coordinate designs with engineers, architects, surveyors and external consultants.
- Review design changes, RFIs and project documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design coordination and clash resolution.
- Support and mentor junior designers where required.




- Assist in developing internal drafting and modelling standards.

About You

You will be an experienced Civil Designer who enjoys solving technical challenges and delivering quality outcomes across multiple project sectors, experience of working with numerous clients such as Tier1 Contractors, Land Developers, Local Authority and State Government. Ideally looking for a recent challenge and be part of an ambitious company who are looking to expand their engineering services.

Ideally you will have

- 8+ years' experience in Civil Design.
- Extensive experience using 12d or Civil3D.
- Strong AutoCAD drafting and documentation capability.
- Proven experience delivering drainage design and analysis.
- Experience in road design, earthworks, sewer and water reticulation.
- Exposure to subdivisions, commercial developments and civil infrastructure projects.
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards, Austroads and local authority requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent industry experience in Civil Engineering Design or Drafting.
