Position Summary

Graduate Territory Manager (12‑month contract) based in Sydney, Australia. The role is responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Bring our brands to life – execute promotional activities and identify secondary selling locations.
- Lead in omni‑commerce – connect consumers to iconic brands and drive category growth across the territory.
- Master in‑field execution – follow a disciplined call cycle to ensure superior execution and maximise promotional impact.
- Build solid partnerships – use people skills to cultivate in‑store relationships and ensure product availability.

Qualifications

- A drive for results – passionate, energetic, self‑starter with a track record of getting things done.
- Commercial acumen – passion for growing businesses and ability to influence and negotiate with key partners.
- Leadership potential – confident in inspiring others and leading from the front, even as a graduate.
- Essentials: valid driver’s licence, Australian work rights, bachelor’s degree (or expected to graduate within 6 months).
- Attitude: ambition and a "can‑do" mindset.
