The prospect
The business provides eligible investors with access to fixed income opportunities designed for investors seeking attractive income, clearly defined terms and an alternative to traditional cash and term deposit products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the growth of the Australian private client and fixed income business.
- Act as the principal public representative and spokesperson for the company in Australia.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors and professional advisers.
- Present the company's opportunities clearly, confidently and professionally.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, briefings and follow-up discussions.
- Manage the complete client acquisition process from initial introduction through to investment completion.
- Develop and execute a national sales and distribution strategy.
- Represent the business at private client events, industry functions, seminars and selected media engagements.
- Provide market feedback to the board and contribute to product, positioning and distribution strategy.
- Establish appropriate sales disciplines, reporting systems, pipeline management and performance standards.
- Work closely with the board, compliance advisers, legal counsel and operations team to ensure communications and client engagement remain accurate and appropriate.
- Contribute actively as an Executive Director of the Australian business.
The person
We are seeking a commercially driven executive with an established reputation, strong personal networks and the ability to build trust with investors.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Senior experience in private wealth, fixed income, funds management, investment distribution, private banking,
capital markets or financial services.
- A demonstrated record of raising capital or generating significant revenue from private clients.
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
- The confidence and credibility to represent the company publicly.
- A practical, hands‑on approach to sales and client development.
- The ability to explain investment structures, commercial terms and risk considerations in a clear and balanced manner.
- Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of the importance of regulatory and reputational discipline.
- Experience leading a business unit, sales function or national distribution strategy.
- The maturity and governance capability required of a company director.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and appropriate financial‑services credentials will be highly regarded.

Remuneration
An attractive executive remuneration package will be offered, comprising:
- Performance-based incentives linked to capital raised and business growth.
