About the Role
Take full ownership of our Brisbane CBD venue: leading the team, driving performance, and setting the standard for the guest experience - backed by the support of a growing multi-venue group.
Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 + super
About You A confident, hands-on leader with strong operational and commercial skills. You make sound decisions under pressure, inspire your team, and treat the venue's performance like it's your own business.

Schedule Full-time, rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years' experience as a General Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership role
- Track record managing P&L;, labour, and stock control
- Australian working rights
- Current RSA and Approved Manager Licence (or willing to obtain)
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to achieve venue targets
- Own venue P&L;, including overall responsibility for labour targets across the team
- Oversee kitchen procedures to ensure food safety and operational standards are met
- Recruit, train, and mentor front of house team members and junior managers
- Maintain liquor licensing and WHS compliance
- Manage stock, ordering, and rostering within budget
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to hit targets
- Lead by example on the floor during busy service
